Why I walk for Apraxia Kids!
I walk to support our baby girl, Addy, who was diagnosed with Apraxia of Speech in June 2026. This is a disorder in which a person knows what they want to say, but their brain has trouble telling their mouth how to make the right sounds. Our girl has been working SO hard in speech therapy. She's always an active participant, excited to show us what she's learning.Raising funds for Apraxia Kids helps expand research, increase awareness, and provide valuable education and resources for professionals and families.
