I stand with my son, Liam—my world, my heart, and my greatest purpose.
My son has shown me a kind of strength I never knew existed. I have watched him fight for every word, push through challenges, and grow in ways that fill me with endless pride. Because of him, I see the world differently—and I carry a deep responsibility to make it more inclusive, more understanding, and more accepting for children like him.
I don’t just advocate because I can—I advocate because I have to. Because I’ve seen how hard it can be for children like Liam to be heard, and how difficult it can be for families to navigate systems that aren’t always built with them in mind.
That is why I created The Second Voice—to bring awareness, to support families, and to help guide them toward the resources they deserve. No family should feel lost, and no child’s voice should go unheard.
Everything I do is rooted in Liam.
I will continue to stand beside him, to lift him up, and to fight—not just for his voice, but for every child who deserves to be seen, understood, and accepted for exactly who they are.
