Why I walk for Apraxia Kids!
This year, our family proudly formed The Strutters to support our apraxia superstar, Johnny, in our very first Apraxia Walk.
Johnny was diagnosed with childhood apraxia of speech at 2½ years old and has worked incredibly hard every single day. His determination and resilience inspire us, and we couldn't be prouder of everything he has accomplished.
We're raising funds for Apraxia Kids to help provide resources, support, and hope for children and families navigating this journey. Every donation, big or small, makes a difference. Thank you for supporting Johnny and so many other amazing kids with apraxia!
I walk to raise funds for the mission of Apraxia Kids – to strengthen the support systems in the lives of children with apraxia of speech by educating professionals and families; facilitating community engagement and outreach; and investing in the future through advocacy and research.
Please help me meet my fundraising goal by making a donation now or by joining our team. You, too, can make an impact for children and families affected by apraxia!
I believe, “Every child deserves a voice”.
