Why I walk for Apraxia Kids!
I walk for apraxia because I want to be a voice for my amazing 7-year-old daughter, who lives with childhood apraxia of speech. As her mom, I see every day how hard she works to communicate her thoughts, feelings, and beautiful personality with the world. I see her strength, determination, and resilience, and I am endlessly proud of her. Her journey has taught me that every word is worth celebrating and that communication is something we should never take for granted. I walk to raise awareness, support research, and help ensure that children with apraxia have access to the resources and therapies they need to find their voices. Most of all, I walk for my daughter and for every child who deserves to be heard, understood, and celebrated. Every step I take is filled with love, hope, and the belief that together, we can make a difference. 💜
Please help me meet my fundraising goal by making a donation now or by joining our team. You, too, can make an impact for children and families affected by apraxia!I believe, “Every child deserves a voice”.
