Why I walk for Apraxia Kids!

Because Abel is our Apraixia Star! He works so hard just to verbalize the wonderful way his brain works. He works on his speech homework almost every day for 20 minutes a day plus he spends 2+ hours a week with a wonderful SLP who specializes in CAS.

I walk to support all children diagnosed with apraxia of speech - our Apraxia Stars. To show these children they are not alone and to acknowledge all the hard work they must do to overcome communication challenges that affect their day-to-day lives.
