Why I walk for Apraxia Kids!
We are proud to be walking as a team from Lewis University's Speech-Language Pathology graduate program to support the mission of Apraxia Kids and the children and families affected by childhood apraxia of speech.
Apraxia Kids works to strengthen support systems for children with apraxia by educating professionals and families and investing in research that will make a difference in the lives of children with apraxia.
As future speech-language pathologists, this cause is especially meaningful to us. We believe every child deserves the opportunity to communicate and be understood.
