Westchester Walk for Apraxia

Why I walk for Apraxia Kids!

I walk to support Layla and all children diagnosed with apraxia of speech - our Apraxia Stars. It’s an opportunity to spread awareness, celebrate and acknowledge all of the hard work they and their families do every day to overcome challenges that affect their day-to-day lives. We are so proud to support our beautiful Layla! We are so proud of her! 

I walk to raise funds for the mission of Apraxia Kids – to strengthen the support systems in the lives of children with apraxia of speech by educating professionals and families; facilitating community engagement and outreach; and investing in the future through advocacy and research.
