Why I walk for Apraxia Kids!
I walk for my son, Colton.
Colton was diagnosed with severe Childhood Apraxia of Speech at age two. For years he has worked tirelessly in speech therapy several times a week. This past December he reached a huge milestone and graduated from private speech therapy.
He still works hard every day to communicate clearly, and we are so proud of how far he has come.
I walk to support children like Colton who have apraxia and to help fund resources, education, and research for Apraxia.
