Why I walk for Apraxia Kids!

Maggie was diagnosed with Childhood Apraxia of Speech just before her third birthday. Now, 5 1/2 years and over 600 speech sessions later, she is chatty and funny and still works SO hard to get her words and ideas out. We are trying to get more connected to the Apraxia community so she knows deep in her bones it isn't only her who struggles in this way. Also, Maggie's amazing and we're excited to celebrate her and her incredible perseverance on this day!
