I walk to support all children diagnosed with apraxia of speech, our Apraxia Stars, and to remind them they are not alone. I walk to recognize the strength, resilience, and hard work these children show every single day as they navigate communication challenges that impact so much of their lives.

This cause is deeply personal to me. My daughter, Roslyn, is one of those bright, determined kids. Watching her work so hard to find her voice has changed the way I see everything. She has taught me patience, strength, and what it truly means to celebrate every small victory. I walk for her, and for every child like her.

I walk to raise funds for the mission of Apraxia Kids — to strengthen support systems for children with apraxia by educating professionals and families, building community, and advancing advocacy and research.
