Why We Walk for Apraxia

We walk to celebrate our Apraxia Warrior, Bowen, and all of the hard work he puts in every single day to find his voice. 💙

We walk to celebrate Bowen—his strength, courage, determination, and resilience. At every speech session and every single day, he works so incredibly hard to make his voice stronger and to make sure he is heard.

No one will ever truly know just how hard he works, including me. Even when he isn’t understood, he continues to try. He never gives up, and that resilience shows us just how fiercely he is fighting for his voice and for the chance to be heard. 💙

We walk to celebrate Bowen and every accomplishment, big and small, along the way. We celebrate his progress, his strength, and the incredible little warrior he is. 💙

Until he finds his voice, we will continue to be his voice, stand beside him, fight for him, and never give up. 💙
