Stephen’s Speech Squad

I walk to support all children diagnosed with childhood apraxia of speech - our Apraxia Stars. I walk to remind these children and their families that they are not alone and to recognize the incredible effort they put in every single day to overcome communication challenges that affect their lives.

I walk to raise funds for the mission of Apraxia Kids - to strengthen the support systems in the lives of children with apraxia of speech by educating professionals and families, building community awareness and connection, and investing in the future through advocacy and research.

Every child deserves access to early diagnosis, specialized therapy, and communication tools that give them a voice. The funds raised by Stephen’s Speech Squad help support awareness, research, and critical resources so more children can get the help they need sooner.
