Why I walk

As a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist and the owner of Find My Voice Therapy Services, I see how important communication is and how much it means for children to be able to express themselves and be understood.

I walk for the children working so hard to find their voices, for the families navigating the challenges of Childhood Apraxia of Speech, and for the therapists and advocates who support them along the way. Every child deserves access to appropriate therapy, resources, and the opportunity to communicate in their own way.

I walk to raise awareness, bring families together, and support Apraxia Kids in their mission to provide education, resources, and support to those affected by apraxia. Most importantly, I walk to remind these children and their families that they are not alone in this journey.

Every step brings us closer to a world where children with apraxia have the support, understanding, and opportunities they deserve. Thank you for supporting me and helping make a difference! 💙
