I've created this page because I want to make a difference.
We are running a half marathon on October 10th, 2026, to raise awareness and funds for Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS)!
Our son River started his speech journey in 2022 when he was just over a year old. He received his official CAS diagnosis in the Fall of 2024.
We launched @RiversWellCAS at the start of 2026 after our speech therapist moved away. This sudden change made us realize how few resources and support options exist for CAS families.

Wednesday 12th Aug Over the last few weeks, I've had worsening knee pain so to kick off the beginning of August, I ended up need to take some days off to rest it.
